Pre marriage education program aims to help couples build strong relationships as they prepare for marriage - and for a lifetime together.

The FOCCUS program is a recognised pre-marital education program that helps couples put relationship theory into practice. The couple complete an online inventory prior to their first session and then meet with myself online over three 50-minute sessions to go through areas of the inventory that they feel would most benefit their relationship.

The sessions will help couples:

• explore their relationship strengths and differences

• find ways to grow their friendship as they navigate different stages of their lives

• offers and opportunity to discuss their hopes and goals around important areas such as parenting, finances, sexuality and spirituality

• build skills to manage conflict

• discuss challenges they may face and positive ways to respond

• think creatively about a vision for their future and the marriage they want to build
